We, the People, of the several States, invoking our 10th Amendment Sovereign Right, demand of our Representatives the correction of an unconstitutional amendment to the Constitution for the united States.  We, the People, are aware of the violation to Article V of the Constitution for the united States by Congress in 1867, and the fact this violation had been identified by Congress in 1967 without the correct course of action, in accordance to their oath, to protect the Constitution for the united States.  Congress assumed unenumerated power, thereupon the 14th Amendment is unauthoritative, void and of no force.

The evidence has been discovered by We, the People.  And it is hereby demanded the corrective action be taken by our Representatives in Congress.  The 14th Amendment was not adopted through the constitutional process dictated by Article V of the Constitution for the united States, and is therefore required to be stricken.  Not only was the ratification process per Article V of the Constitution for the united States violated...but the very rights of sufferage in Senate of 11 States were violated, as evidenced in President Andrew Johnson's Veto speech and Congressional Records of 1967.  Also, 15 States - 11 of which were refused right of sufferage in Senate - of the 37 States of the Union, at the time, voted down the proposed 14th Amendment, and thereupon, according to Article V of the Constitution for the united States, the 14th Amendment was not ratified by three-fourths of the several States of the Union.

We, the People, submit for immediate redress of this unconstitutional action by Congress, and demand the immediate action required thereupon to correct this unconstitutional act by Congress.  Article VI of the Constitution for the united States demands the violation to Article V of the Constitution for the united States, the unconstitutional 14th Amendment, be stricken NULL.  Immediate action is demanded by We, the People, upon our Representatives in Congress.
